Course Enrolment Terms & Conditions
Course Booking
Payment is necessary to secure and guarantee a place on a course once a completed course enrolment form has been received by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Payment may be made using any major credit or debit card. Email will be used to confirm the course booking, the receipt for the paid VAT, and the course location information. This will guarantee that participants get their diplomas within two weeks of the course’s completion. The course attendees must be informed of the course’s start and conclusion timings as well as its location. Any person enrolling in a course or already enrolled in one must be in good enough physical shape to take part in the practical session safely (s). This does not apply to anyone who needs a personal assistant and has let us know before enrolling. It is completely forbidden to transfer the course, including training materials, accreditation, and support, to any other parties after making a course reservation and payment.
The course may be cancelled at any time by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd owing to under-enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled, all course costs will be reimbursed in full, or the delegate will be given the option of transferring to an alternative course if one becomes available. Any loss arising from a course cancellation, such as missed work, travel expenses, lodging costs, etc., is not our responsibility.
Payment
A payment processing business is used to accept payments. Payment must be made over the phone using any popular credit or debit card. Payment and credit card information is never saved.
Any suggested cancellations must be made by a person or organisation in writing and sent through email to info@lingmoorgroup.com and Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. For refunds to be processed, all recommended cancellations must be made at least three working days in advance. All cancellations are acknowledged in writing by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd and communicated to the individual or organisation that sent the cancellation notice through email from info@lingmoorgroup.com. All advised cancellations made by a person / organisation require an email acknowledgment along with an attached letter signed by the Head of Centre from
Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd in writing by email from info@lingmoorgroup.com to the person /organisation who advised of the cancellation in order for the cancellation to be
completed. Where a person / organisation who advised of a cancellation does not
receive an acknowledgement along with an attached letter signed by the Head of Centre from Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd in writing by email from info@lingmoorgroup.com
then the cancellation will not be completed and therefore no refund will be issued.
When an advised cancellation is made over the telephone, a staff member of Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will advise that any advised cancellations must be made in writing and
sent to Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd and emailed to info@lingmoorgroup.com. Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd does not accept any advised cancellations when a person / organisation leaves a voice message recording by telephone.
Course Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made at least three business days before the course’s start date. If a cancellation is made fewer than three business days before the course’s start date, there won’t be a refund given.
In-house Course Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made at least three business days before the course’s start date. If a cancellation is made fewer than three business days before the course’s start date, there won’t be a refund given. Any expenses incurred before the cancellation, such as lodging charges or any associated cancellation fees, will also be charged.
Replacing, Substituting, Name Changing
Any time and without incurring additional fees, a delegate may be changed, substituted, or have their name changed. Prior to the start of the course, we do require this in writing through email to info@lingmoorgroup.com. Any modifications made will take effect as soon as we obtain written confirmation. Sometimes, owing to unanticipated events beyond our control, adjustments to course delivery are necessary, including changes to the timings, trainers, and course content. We reserve the right to make any changes that are necessary.
Code of Conduct
On our courses, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. maintains rigorous guidelines for behaviour. All participants on our courses are required to conduct themselves in a way that pleases the instructor/assessor, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd, as well as the other course participants.
Unacceptable conduct, interference with the delivery of the course, and any form of discrimination against others are not tolerated and will result in the delegate(s) being immediately removed from the course and being barred from using any future services or products offered by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd.
Course Venue Car Parking
Courses are offered by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd in locations with parking spaces. Please make sure that your car is left with the doors secured, the windows closed, and any steering locks, vehicle alarms, or other similar devices turned on. We disclaim all liability for any damage or loss caused by your failure to keep your vehicle properly secured.
All items left in a car are done so at the owner’s own risk. We advise against leaving anything behind that could be seen from the exterior of the car. Any theft from your car by uninvited people is not our responsibility. Except in cases where damage is caused directly by our fault, we shall attempt to collect the cost of the repair and any related administrative charges from you if the Car Park or its equipment is damaged by you, your car, its contents, or the passengers in the vehicle.
Trainer/Instructor Packs Terms & Conditions
Our Trainer/Instructor Packs are not returnable because they are delivered electronically to the provided email address after payment. Before making a Trainer Pack(s) purchase, you affirm that the order meets your needs and that you or the person you are buying the Trainer Pack(s) for possesses the necessary trainer abilities and documentation to successfully complete the trainer question paper (s). It is completely forbidden to transfer ownership of the course, training materials, accreditation, and support to any other parties after obtaining and paying for a Trainer Pack. You are not eligible for a refund if you or the person you are buying the Trainer Pack(s) for lacks the necessary documentation of your trainer skills. To get help with the requirements for the trainer skills evidence, please get in touch with a member of our centre support staff. If you discover the order is not appropriate for your needs after payment has been received, we assume no responsibility and a refund will not be granted. Our Trainer Packs can be downloaded or delivered electronically via CD. The Trainer Packs’ contents are provided in the most widely accepted systems currently in use. The following files, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, JPG, and PNG, can be accessed using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Trainer Packs
Healthcare trainers with extensive experience produce trainer packs and training materials for trainers. The usage of copies of our trainer packs without our consent would be a violation of our copyright, be absolutely forbidden, and be unapproved by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. The training packs were created to adhere to English healthcare regulations. You should be aware that you will need to alter the contents to fit the language and laws of that nation if you wish to utilise the training packets in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, etc.
Certification
You acknowledge that your trainer / presentation abilities have been evaluated by either an accredited body or a leading industry body if you purchase our trainer packs with the intention of receiving certification to deliver training. Additionally, you consent to furnish Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. with adequate proof of your trainer and presentation abilities, such as a scanned certificate or written documentation.
Trainer certificates are distributed by email to all of the email addresses provided on the course registration form, together with the completed trainer exam. If the individual paying for the course wants trainer certificates sent to a specific email address, they must let Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd know.
Notification of Payment Received
When a person or organisation purchases a trainer pack using our online payment option, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. receives an email confirming the payment. Within 48 working hours of receiving information that the trainer pack(s) have been paid for, a confirmation email with a paid VAT receipt will be given, along with the secure link(s) to access the knowledge-based exam(s) and training materials.
Trainer Pack Order Form
If a person or organisation is unable to pay online, they may still order our trainer packs by obtaining a Trainer Pack Order Form directly from Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd, who will then send them an email of confirmation. Trainer packets and certificates will only be sent out following full payment. A confirmation email with a paid VAT receipt will be given along with the secure link(s) to access the knowledge-based question paper(s) and training materials within 48 working hours of us receiving the completed Trainer Pack Order Form and payment for the trainer pack(s).
Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
Delivery Information (Prior to 1 May 2017)
Lingmoor certificates are sent by Recorded Delivery to the UK and Ireland. This includes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man (due to distance and transport please allow extra time for delivery to these areas).
Please double-check the delivery address you supplied; if it differs from the one you gave when you placed the order, send an email right away to info@lingmoorgroup.com with the purchase number and the address you want the product to go to. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, we will not be held liable for a package that is lost in the mail.

All of our trainer packs and training materials are completely copyrighted, and it is totally forbidden to make copies or use them for other purposes without getting our consent.

Lingmoor certificates not received (Prior to 1st May 2017)
If payment has been made in full, Lingmoor Trainer certificates will be sent out by Recorded Delivery within two weeks of the course’s completion. Certificates of accreditation and certificates of authorization will be sent through Recorded Delivery to the address listed on the course enrolment form.
In the odd event that there is a delay in your order arriving, please let us know within 15 days of placing it so we can trace it down and look into it. Please email us at info@lingmoorgroup.com if you do not receive your items within the time frame specified above. Please do make a preliminary check at a neighbour’s house or your neighbourhood post office. A replacement item or a refund will be provided, but compensation is only limited to the price of the products that were ordered. Please give the courier and us 15 working days from the delivery date to investigate, process the claim, and declare lost orders that need to be replaced or repaid.

Complaints Procedure
The need of handling complaints professionally is recognised by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd.
• If a complaint is lodged, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. should do the following for the complainant.
• We’ll see to it that your complaint receives serious consideration.
• We’ll make sure your concern is resolved as quickly as possible.
• Within a week of receiving the complaint, we will look into it and react.
• We’ll make sure the complaint is documented.
Dealing with any complaints
As soon as we receive a complaint, we log it in our “Complaints Procedure Record” and assign it a special reference number. In all subsequent contact, this number will be used as a reference for that complaint. Within one business day, we will acknowledge all complaints and provide a reference number for future correspondence. Within a week of receiving the complaint, the Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd Head of Centre will address it.
The client will be informed of the timeline if more time is needed to conduct more research.
Customer Service Procedure

If a caller leaves a voicemail, we try to return calls within one business day. When a person emails us, we try to answer within 48 business hours. Certification Procedure
Accredited Certificates
Within seven working days of the course’s completion, accredited certificates are registered with the accrediting organisation. Before being emailed, accredited certificates are processed and internally reviewed for quality. The certificate will be printed with the name exactly as it was supplied. The cost for a replacement certificate if your name is provided misspelt is £15 plus VAT.
Lingmoor Trainer certificates are distributed by email to each email address provided on the course registration form, together with the completed trainer exam. If the individual paying for the course wants trainer certificates sent to a specific email address, they must let Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd know (s). Delegates who fail a course by not taking part in all the necessary components may be eligible for an attendance certification. The delegate will not be authorised to become a trainer by this certification, which is not accredited.
Internal Quality Assurance
Before being emailed, trainer credentials are internally reviewed for quality by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Our internal quality assurance team, whose responsibility it is to examine the pertinent assessment and evaluation forms, samples internal quality assurance on trainer certificates.
Our Speedy Certification Process
Trainer certificates are sent by Recoded Delivery to the address specified on the course enrollment form to make sure they are received by way of signature. You will be liable for covering the full cost of resending the trainer certificate if we get a returned one that wasn’t signed for, wasn’t picked up, or went to the wrong place. Course Delivery Procedure
All attendees are expected to have a wonderful learning experience while attending the courses, according to Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Trainers who conduct classes for Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will make sure that:
• They get to the course location no later than 30 minutes before the course’s registration time.

Appeals Procedure
If delegates believe a judgment made against them was unfair, they may file an appeal against Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Participants must submit our Appeals Department using the Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd Appeals Form (See Appeals Form at the end of this procedure). Delegates have the right to appeal a decision if they believe the assessment was unfair because the course location was inappropriate, or if they disagree with the trainer’s or assessor’s conduct. The Appeals Form must be fully filled out in order to file an appeal against a decision, and any supporting materials that the delegate feels are necessary may be included. If the appeal’s information is insufficient, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd maintains the right to decline to hear the appeal.
Within seven working days of the course’s completion date, the Appeals Form must be sent to Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Within 7 working days, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will acknowledge receiving a completed Appeals Form.
A delegate’s appeal decision will be made within 14 working days of receiving an acknowledgment that they received the appeal form. The delegate will be informed of the timeline if more time is needed to do additional research.
The Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Head of Centre will communicate the appeal’s findings in writing to the delegate.
Appeals Form
The Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. Appeals Procedure is followed, and the company takes all judgments under appeal extremely seriously. Please submit an appeal in the proper manner.

Below are some specific instances of activities that could be considered malpractice that we have created.
• Submitting work that is fraudulent.
• Using illegal tools or materials on a course.
• Plagiarism, such as stealing another delegate’s work.
• Intentional destruction of another delegate’s work.
• Conspiracies involving two or more delegates.
• Inappropriate conduct in regard to a trainer, an assessor, or other delegates.
• Creating a distraction in class.
If Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd learns of a purported instance of malpractice, action will be taken right once, and a thorough investigation will be conducted. All other parties engaged in the incident and the complainant will be contacted by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd.
The complaint will be notified in writing if Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd decides that they have a solid case. All other parties will be asked to respond in writing after receiving written notice of the offense from the court. Within 10 working days, you must send all written responses. After Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd has received and evaluated all comments and determined that the complaint should be upheld, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will notify the complainant in writing of the outcome. All other parties will be informed, and Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will respond in writing.
The complainant and every other party concerned will be written notice if Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd chooses not to support the complaint. If Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd determines that there is sufficient evidence of malpractice, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will notify the relevant complainant in writing of the decision made.
If the claim of malpractice is supported by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd, appropriate action will be taken against the concerned delegate (s). If Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. finds evidence of malpractice against a delegate, the delegate’s certifications will be revoked. A delegate who is harmed by documented malpractice may need to take the entire course again. By sending a written appeal to Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd, the complainant may contest the judgment.
The Appeals Form on our Appeals Procedure, which is located at the bottom of the Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. website at www.lingmoorgroup.com, can be used by the complainant to challenge the decision made.

Assessment Forms
Learners must successfully complete assessment forms as part of the Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd evaluation procedure in order to receive a certificate and register as a trainer. Since the certification duration is likewise two years, Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. shall keep completed Trainer Question Papers and Course Evaluation Forms for a period of two years following the course completion date. Trainer Questionnaires and Course Evaluation Forms will be safely deleted in line with our obligation to protect personal information. The Trainer Presentation & Coaching Skills Assessment Form and the Health Declaration will be kept on file indefinitely. All evaluation forms are kept in a safe location in accordance with our obligation to protect personal information.
Trainer Support Service
Throughout their two-year registration as a trainer, registered trainers are supported by healthcare professionals thanks to our well-known Trainer Support Service.
Our qualified healthcare trainers receive unmatched assistance from our team of topic experts in healthcare, former CQC inspectors, and Chartered Members of IOSH.

Approved Centre Status
Please fill out our Approved Centre Registration Form and return it to info@lingmoorgroup.com if you want to sign up to become a Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd Approved Centre. The Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd. External Quality Assurance Moderation Team will process registration forms, and the Head of Centre must give final clearance. You will receive all the necessary approved centre documentation, including the certification record, approved centre logo, and accredited certificate templates, via a secure download webpage upon successful registration and payment.
Additionally, our website will designate you as an Approved Centre. All centres must certify that they will follow the guidelines in order to be a Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd Approved Centre. The rules, practices, and centre registration agreement of Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd must be adhered to by new centres. From the time of registration until the next 12 months, an annual renewal fee will be sent by email to approved centres, unless or until one party gives the other not less than one month’s notice that the agreement is to be cancelled. The status of our approved centre is not transferable.
International
The training resources for international use from Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd have been created to adhere to the legal requirements for English healthcare personnel. In the remainder of the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and an increasing number of emerging nations, where high standards are increasingly anticipated in healthcare, healthcare personnel are held to the same or very similar standards.
The registered trainer will be in charge of customizing the supplied materials, as necessary, to adhere to regional specifications.
Trainers must reside in the nation in which they want to use the training materials and be in possession of a credential that is recognized as a teaching or training credential there. (Trainers will need to provide scanned copies of their identification as proof of this.) To demonstrate that they have the theoretical knowledge necessary to teach the subject, trainers must complete an evaluation paper on every subject they want to teach. Only when the instructor has access to all of the course materials will the paper be replied. After passing the knowledge-based paper, trainers are awarded a UK Fully Accredited Level 3 Certificate by the UK TrainerQuals Accreditation Body.
Registered Trainer & Approved Centre
Termination
All trainer registrations that an individual or organization has with Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will be terminated if they provide a certificate to a student for which they are not authorized or licensed by that company. Any trainer registrations a person or organization holds with Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd will be terminated, and their status as an approved centre will be terminated immediately, if they issue a learner an accredited certificate for which they are not authorized or registered by Lingmoor Health and Training Solutions Ltd.
